SquareTrade/Allstate Protection Plans Marketing Best Practices
SquareTrade is a company that has had exponential growth in the last 5-7 years. However, many team members have been at the company throughout that entire time, have worked siloed, and have not done a good job of sharing important information.
I set out to create marketing best practices for in-store, ecomm, and at point of sale using the information that team members had learned throughout the years, conducting new research/surveys, and performing new tests with retail partners.
Ultimately, I created guides that could consistently be used and could reliably drive 30% sales improvement at our retailers that were willing to implement our best practices.
Responsibilities included:
Research current known findings
Conduct new research/tests with 3rd party vendor
A/B test hypotheses with retailers
Collect findings and put into easy to understand documentation
Share findings with company
